Nature and nurture are the fundamental bases of how people become who they are. Certain traits of people that are endemic to virtually the entire human race are more likely to be nature-based, because differences in cultures have failed to create and difference in those traits. Many of these heavily nature-based traits are physical, like the primary and secondary sex traits and various racial traits. Some nurture-based traits are also physical, like the way you walk, and the way you make yourself look (from the things you can control, like hair, plastic surgery stuff, and to a certain extent weight and muscularity).
I tend to be on the side of nurture for most anything that isn't physical. While there are different hormones running through the bodies of men and women, I generally think that the differences caused by these hormonal distinctions are generally not big enough to cause the type of disparity that most people would say are "the differences between men and women." I think that this has been shown time and time again by different people who have bucked stereotypes and acted outside the range of what they were supposed to. People used to think that African Americans were naturally less smart than European Americans (more specifically those from northwestern Europe), until the "science" that backed it up was proven wrong.
I think that many more examples of things like this exist, but people don't bother to prove them wrong because they aren't considered harmful to our society the way that blatant racism is. Anytime someone draws a distinction that they claim is "the way people naturally are" I am generally skeptical, because it could just be that that is what it seems like based on the limited data we have available (which, granted, is all we ever have to go on for anything). I mostly believe that people are generally the same, with some physical traits (like how your brain is set up or how much of hormone x you have) causing some differences, but that nurture has a much larger effect on who you are and what you do.
